Hi, I would like to report this certain page that used LTO name and scam people who want to process a license ID card. FB PAGE- Noypi lisence ph And the said fb page has 21k likes I as a victim and there are a lot of people they scam already. And theres a lot of scammers involved with this group.. and they are a dangerous cybercrime group since they are using different documents of lto and different ID's from their clients. Money is not easy in this time of pandemic and using the personal document is also harmful I hope you can help to solved this.. Pls. Contact me for other info with this cr
