Hi! We would like to verify if the SAP form (00037607) of Girly Garcia has been registered and what's the update about it because till now, no relief has been given to the said person and no information both from DSWD and LGU if she was qualified or not or if she will received any sort of help.

Your request You requested information on the following: (1) SAP verification and update for Girly M. Garcia, SAP form (00037607) for verification if it has been registered and what's the update about it because till now, no relief has been given to the said person and no information both from DSWD and LGU if she was qualified or not or if she will receive any sort of help. Response to your request Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.
