Your request You requested information on the following queries regarding the Social Amelioration Program: (1) The DSWD Landayan in your area did not give a SAP form like what the National Government told; (2) The Barangay Landayan did not announce when they give the SAP in your area, they only chose who they gave last Sunday, 10 May 2020; (3) You want to know what are the qualifications and requirements if one person's or individual Filipino citizen are allowed to get a SAP even if you are not married; (4) Can we send any information or details regarding to SAP requirements so you will know what you will do?; and (5) Where I can have a SAP? Response to your request Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. As to the publication of names, the Department of Interior and Local Government has already ordered each barangay to publish the SAP beneficiaries.
