To whom it may concern; Good Day! I am Roda P. Lucenio, and I would like to request a copy of DSWS-SAP Beneficiaries with address at Maryland Homes, Barangay Landayan, San Pedro City, Laguna since I reported a grievances on our Homeowners Board of Trustees and Officials with regards to SAC Form distribution and informing us to split the said cash assistance. Your request You requested information on the following: (1) SAP List of Beneficiaries in Maryland Homes, Barangay Landayan, San Pedro City, Laguna for verification of qualified SAP beneficiaries and transparency purposes because you reported a grievance on our Homeowners Board of Trustees and Officials with regards to SAC Form distribution and informing you to split the said cash assistance. Response to your request Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. However, you may contact the DSWD Social Amelioration Program Hotline Numbers at telephone number 16545 or by cellular phones through calling 09474822864 (Smart), 09162471194 (Globe) or 09329333251 (Sun) or texting 09189122813 or by e-mail at [email protected] to inquire about your concerns and/or report irregularities about the Social Amelioration Program brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. According to MC 009, s. 2020 entitled Omnibus Guidelines in the Implementation of the Emergency Subsidy Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development and is available at https://www.dswd.gov.ph/issuances/MCs/MC_2020-009.pdf, it is the barangay that chooses the SAP beneficiaries. Specifically: X. Role of the LGUs The LGU shall perform the following: xxx 2. Prepare the list of target beneficiaries/clients as stated above; xxx Further, as to the publication of names, the Department of Interior and Local Government has already ordered each barangay to publish the SAP beneficiaries. Thus, you could inquire at your barangay regarding this matter. Further still, for other related concerns, you may wish to direct your concern to the DILG by submitting a request to them via this portal.
