A partial list is available at https://sap.dswd.gov.ph. You can view the SAP beneficiary list of municipalities/cities who have submitted their list to the DSWD Field Offices, including Caloocan City.

Specifically:

Thus, it is the barangay which could possibly add you to the list of SAP beneficiaries.
Your right to request a review
