Hello! I want to have a social amelioration program form coming from the DSWD. We did not receive any cash assistance ever since the Metro Manila was under ECQ. I went to our barangay office, talked to some officers but at the end my family did not receive any. I am just a rug tailor/maker and husband is a carpenter. My family is having a difficult time since we cannot afford to give their needs. I'll be waiting for your positive feedback. Thank you

Hello officer Reyes, thank you for the good news. I have some questions about my request. -Is the SAP form will be send to us via email or it will be directed to the barangay BF Homes? - When can we get the said form? - If ever we received the SAP form, do we have to present it to the local DSWD officers so we can get our cash assistance? I am hoping to get some positive response. Thank you.
