Hi my name is Stanley Quirante Zafra, I would like to inquire or know why I still haven't received my SAP (2nd Tranche)... Barangay Punta Princesa keeps on saying I'm on the list and just wait... I'm a PWD, no work and lives with my Mother (Widow)... I badly needed that SAP benefit to sustain our daily needs as me and my mom are the only one living in our house.... Please please please help me out.... Thank you so much and God bless always.... Hoping to hear from you soon and also your quick and kind response... Again, Thank you so much....
