Hi I would like to eequest a list of 3rd wave beneficiary of SAP. 1. Im n active grab driver from 11/2016 up to present. 2. My name is not included on 1st and 2nd wave. 3. Our Barangay remove my name on dswd list but instead they provide their own list and printed which used in giving SAP form in Brgy 172 zone 17 Malibay Pasay City. 4. We are waiting and still hoping that we will be one also in giving that aid. 5. We badly needed goverment help in this pandemic time. Im the bread winner in my family, my wife ha no work since pregnant way back 1999. We have no other income just driving at grab.

29 May 2020 Dear Mr. Policarpio Lim, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 15 May 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You requested information on the following: (1) List of 3rd wave beneficiary of SAP. Your reasons for the request are the following: (1) You are an active grab driver from 11/2016 up to present; (2) Your name is not included on 1st and 2nd wave; (3) Your Barangay removed your name on DSWD list but instead they provide their own list and printed which used in giving SAP form in Brgy. 172, Zone 17, Malibay, Pasay City; (4) You are waiting and still hoping that you will be one also in getting that aid; and (5) You badly need government help in this pandemic time. Response to your request Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. Regarding your concern, you may request your barangay that you be included in the SAP because it is your barangay which finalizes the SAP list. Also, the Department of Interior and Local Government has already ordered each barangay to publish the SAP beneficiaries. Thus, you could inquire at your barangay regarding this matter. Further, you may also wish to direct your other concerns to the DILG by submitting a request to them via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at 8876-34-54 or fill-out the form located at their Public Assistance Center page at https://www.dilg.gov.ph/public-assistance-center. Further still, you may check with Grab itself because it also submitted a list of drivers. They may have put you on the list of Grab driver-beneficiaries.
