Goodevening. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung hindi po ba talaga nakapasok ang pamilya ko sa listahan ng mabibigyan ng ayuda. Ako po si Mohammad Drapic Kabod, taga Brgy. RH 7, Cotabato City. Mula po ng paglockdown nung march hanggang ngayon wala po kaming natatanggap mula sa aming barangay. Nagpasa naman po kami ng form at qualified naman po kami sa mga dapat bigyan ng ayuda dahil hindi po ako govt employee at may asawa po akong nagpapa breastfeed. Sana po matulungan nyo kami lalo na ngayon dahil naaksidente po ako at hindi makapag hanapbuhay. Salamat po.

However, a partial list is available at https://sap.dswd.gov.ph. You can view the SAP beneficiary list of municipalities/cities that have submitted their list to the DSWD Field Offices.

Your right to request a review

BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
