My form was taken when I got the first wave of SAP, so hopefully, I can get my Barcode by sending you this request. Your request You requested for the following: (1) Your SAP Barcode for use in the SAP online registration because you did not receive a copy of your SAP form and was taken when you got the first wave of SAP, with the following details: Full Name: Marivic Escario Celiz; Address: Jugan, Consolacion, Cebu; and Birthday: July 28, 1970. Response to your request Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.
