Hi Madam/Sir,
I would like to apply SAP assistance for my parents both seniors and no source of income.They tried to apply many times in our barangay and also in DSWD Camiling but nothing happen...Hoping for your help for my mom medicine bcoz i can't support them for now as i don't have work since march.

Further, according to MC 009, s. 2020 entitled Omnibus Guidelines in the Implementation of the Emergency Subsidy Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development and is available at https://www.dswd.gov.ph/issuances/MCs/MC_2020-009.pdf, it is the barangay that chooses the SAP beneficiaries. Specifically:

X.	Role of the LGUs

	The LGU shall perform the following: xxx

		2.	Prepare the list of target beneficiaries/clients as stated above; xxx

Thus, it is the barangay which determines the SAP beneficiaries.
