Hi Madam/Sir, I would like to apply SAP assistance for my parents both seniors and no source of income.They tried to apply many times in our barangay and also in DSWD Camiling but nothing happen...Hoping for your help for my mom medicine bcoz i can't support them for now as i don't have work since march. Your request You requested the following: (1) Application for SAP Assistance for your parents who are both senior citizens and have no source of income, they tried to apply in your barangay and in the Municipality of Camiling to no avail, with the following details: Father: Buenaventura N Antonio and Date of Birth: March 07 1948; Mother: Lucresia R Antonio and Date of Birth: January 05, 1956; Both of them staying at Address: Brgy Sinilian 2nd, Camiling, Tarlac. Response to your request Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. However, you also may contact the DSWD Social Amelioration Program Hotline Numbers at telephone number 16545 or by cellular phones through calling 09474822864 (Smart), 09162471194 (Globe) or 09329333251 (Sun) or texting 09189122813 or by e-mail at [email protected] to inquire about your concerns and/or report irregularities about the Social Amelioration Program brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
