Hi I would like to request list of 2nd tranche in Brgy San Jose Navotas City. Lots of people missing in the previous list. Second your requesting for a government valid ID. How could I provide it to you? There are no attachment file in this current web page if ever I've attached or provide it will my ID be broadcast to everyone since it is noted that it is DISPLAYED PUBLICLY. I was able to register in this website via company ID which is on the list of the required ID. It didn't make sense to request another ID considering I was allowed to register on the first place.
