I would like to request information regarding to my SAP. I recieve my cash assistance on the 1st tranche but not on the 2nd tranche.i thinj because i did not register my SAC FORM to Relief Agad. Can i help me what am i supposed to do?

You can view the SAP beneficiary list of municipalities/cities who have submitted their list to the DSWD Field Offices, including Cavite. Per the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) of ReliefAgad.ph numbers 18 and 19 available at https://reliefagad.ph/faq, the LGU and DSWD will process your application and, once approved, they will notify you if you are qualified. For other SAP related questions, you may check https://www.dswd.gov.ph/frequently-asked-questions-on-sap/.
