Married with 1 child. 09453415596.I am a repatriated Seafarer disembarked at Manila Bay by our ship last May 2020. I would like to know if i am covered with the program of SAP 2021. A partial list is available at https://sap.dswd.gov.ph. You can view the SAP beneficiary list of municipalities/cities who have submitted their list to the DSWD Field Office.
Per the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) of ReliefAgad.ph numbers 18 and 19 available at https://reliefagad.ph/faq, the LGU and DSWD will process your application and, once approved, they will notify you if you are qualified. For other SAP related questions, you may check https://www.dswd.gov.ph/frequently-asked-questions-on-sap/.
Further, your Local Government Unit (LGU)/Barangay concern that is directly in-charge of SAP 2021 distribution. Thus, your Local Government Unit (LGU)/Barangay concern may have the information you require.

Your right to request a review
