Hi! I would like to request the list of SAP 2 beneficiaries to verify if I am among the approved beneficiaries. I don’t know if DSWD had approved or disapproved my application because the cellphone number I indicated on my SAP form, the sim card had already expired. I hope you can grant my request. Your request You requested for the following: (1) list of beneficiaries for the 2nd tranche in Brgy. 176, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City (2) verify if you are among the approved beneficiaries. Response to your request A partial list is available at https://sap.dswd.gov.ph. You can view the SAP beneficiary list of municipalities/cities who have submitted their list to the DSWD Field Offices, including Quezon City. Per the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) of ReliefAgad.ph numbers 18 and 19 available at https://reliefagad.ph/faq, the LGU and DSWD will process your application and, once approved, they will notify you if you are qualified.
