This is Julie Sy- Falcon,former TV Production [email protected] your ASSISTANCE For myson report about New airport / International Gateway in Sangley Point submitted by the Sangley Airport Infrastructure Group Inc consortium . Specifically I would like to know the following: * Exact location of the proposed airport ( Longtitude and Latitude) * Number of Runways and length of each runway * Number of Terminals and area for each terminal * Presence or Absence of Causeway linking to MetroManila * Presence or Absence of Road Links to Mainland Cavite / Batangas * Presence or Absence of Rail Link

I refer to my letter of February 21, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Sangley Point internal Airport Masterplans
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.
Further, we would also want to request a copy of for a letter of intent and to what extent you will use the information that you are requesting.

I am only asking/requesting for a "MASTERPLAN PHOTO" "ONLY" of SANGLEY POINT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT., like as what i Attached here.. Please See Attached photos here..
As what i mentioned re my Request, My Special Gifted Son is a You Tube Content Creator. Sangley Point International Airport is included to his plan lists to create specially we're one of the Registered Voters residence of Cavite..& He's very Proud for this opportunity to Promote our Cavite Hometown as well as this will be in favor to your agency by Promoting said Airport project & We will Send to you the Finished Project Video of this as a Cinematic Impression Video of Sangley Point International Airport that your agency may use this your Promotion Video.
That's why He wants to do an Impression cinematic video made through Cities: Skylines featuring that airport so people knows, have ideas & aware of what it may looks like when its completed, seeing it's already Under construction. What he only needs is a "Single Master Plan Photo Only" of that airport, that will be used only as a Reference guide for building that airport in his software as a reference only & "I assured you that it will NEVER expose & share to anyone."
I am very hopeful & Prayerful for your understanding & support to my Pwd son with his special gifted skills that God gave to him.., that you Grant our Request of Master Plan Photo ...
Thats why.., being a mother.., i will do everything & give him support to improve his gifted skills , help him out of what he needs & hoping/praying that People will Recognize all his creations someday..

I refer to my letter of Feb 26, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for SANGLEY POINT INTERNAL AIRPORT MASTERPLANS. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 20, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
