Hi sir mam, i would like to request the ff: 1. Municipality of San Francisco, cebu Municipal Ordinance 2017-140 as i would want to check if really the use of mesh net to catch small fish like the siganid for personal consumption (not for commercial) is not allowed under the local ordinance. 2. per my research, the use of mesh net to catch small fish such as siganid maybe allowed for personal sustenance per IRR on RA 10654. Can you verify this? You know, i grew up in San Francisco, Cebu. since people are poor, when we have no vian, we just get our "sabay", it is a small net we use to fish.
