Hi! I'm a 4th year civil engineering student from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. I and my groupmates are currently taking our thesis this year and we would like to inquire how do we get access to the structural plans of San Agustin Church or any cultural heritage/buildings residing in Intramuros? We already inquire to Manila City Hall but they said that they do not have any available plans related to cultural heritage. Since our topic is a structural assessment of cultural heritage, may we know what is the process that we need to follow in order to acquire those plans?
