Good day, 
We are currently formulating a Leasing Agreement for Cell Tower Facilities located in College/University campuses or properties and I would like to humbly request if it is possible to obtain copy of current Lease Contracts with major wireless telcos (Globe, Smart, DITO) or any document detailing the following information:
 - Lot Size/Area of the Leased Property
 - Lease Term (number of years, commencement & termination dates)
 - Rental Rates and escalation clause if
