B.CAUSING Jan. 9, 2023, 1:05 a.m.

I am Atty. Berteni Cataluna Causing, spokesman of the family of Percival Carag Mabasa who is popularly known as "Percy Lapid." I am requesting for certified copies of the SALNs of Gerald Quitaleg Bantag, SJO2 Ricardo Soriano Zulueta, and all other BJMP officers who were detained at the Bureau of Corrections on secondment. We will use the documents to further our studies into the murder of Percy Lapid to boost the motive of killing the broadcaster. We will also use the documents, at the same time, for publication in my truthful vlogging.
