Hi I would like to know the salient features of the UNSOLICITED Proposal to construct a new airport / International Gateway in Sangley Point submitted by the Sangley Airport Infrastructure Group Inc consortium . 

Specifically I would like to know the following:
* Exact location of the proposed airport ( Longtitude and Latitude)
* Number of Runways and length of each runway
* Number of Terminals and area for each terminal
* Presence or Absence of Causeway linking to MetroManila
* Presence or Absence of Road Links to Mainland Cavite / Batangas
* Presence or Absence of Rail Link
