Good day! I would like to request the salaries disbursed to all elected local officials in the PH: governors, vice governors, mayors, vice mayors, city/municipal councilors, barangay captain, barangay kagawad for all provinces, cities/municipalities, barangays in the Philippines for the years 2001-2017. The ideal dataset would contain:
- year
- name of public official
- region, province, city, municipality, barangay being served
- base monthly salary
- salary grade, including step
- bonuses received

Dear Mr. Chua,
This refers to your request for a dataset indicating the salaries disbursed to all elected officials in the Philippines from FY 2011-2017.
We do not have such dataset on hand in view of the peculiarity of the compensation in local government units (LGUs). As self-reliant and self-sufficient entities, the capability of LGUs to pay their obligations and operating requirements, including salaries and wages, is limited by their available funds and income.
You may, however, wish to visit the DBM website for a list of the compensation circulars applicable to LGUs (DBM Publications > Compendium of Issuances on Organization, Staffing, Position Classification and Compensation).
