Hi! Asking on behalf of all the JOs working in a GOCC institution. Tama po ba na automatic kami kinakaltasan ng Philhealth at iba iba din po ang amount na kinakaltas sa amin every month. When I check po sa contibutions ko, bungi bungi ang contibutions. Kung may mag reflect naman ay iba sa amount naka indicate sa payslip at naka reflect sa Philhealth ko. Our HR cannot provide us with a clear explanation. They always say na "ganyan talaga yan". Please help po. Wala na kami matakbuhan ng tulong.

July 10, 2023 Dear Maebelle Tiongson, This refers to your inquiry regarding the policy on the payment of salaries and wages to Job Order (JO) personnel. May we highlight that the rules and regulations on the engagement of Contract of Service (COS) and JO workers are prescribed under Commission on Audit-Department of Budget and Management Joint Circular (JC) No. 2, s. of 2020, as amended by JC No. 2, s. 2022.
