Good day,
As one of the concerned citizens, because of the Sulu blasts during this pandemic, I have a concern about safety and security.
Because everyone is required to wear a face mask and face shield, there's a possibility of having difficulties in finding or identifying suspected persons.
Without compromising the health protocols and privacy, what are the security protocols in this COVID 19 pandemic?
Thank you and keep safe.
