A partial list is available at https://sap.dswd.gov.ph. You can view the SAP beneficiary list of municipalities/cities who have submitted their list to the DSWD Field Offices.
Further, per the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) of ReliefAgad.ph numbers 18 and 19 available at https://reliefagad.ph/faq, the LGU and DSWD will process your application and, once approved, they will notify you if you are qualified.
However, you may also contact the DSWD Social Amelioration Program Hotline Numbers at telephone number 16545 or by cellular phones through calling 09474822864 (Smart), 09162471194 (Globe) or 09329333251 (Sun) or texting 09189122813 or by e-mail at [email protected] to inquire about your concerns and/or report irregularities about the Social Amelioration Program brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Your right to request a review
