Dear Celina Gacias,
I refer to my letter of Jul 07, 2018 02:07:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for SAAOB.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Upon coordination with our several DBM Regional Offices, we found that the SAOODB of the LGUs are not required to be submitted to DBM. Furthermore, it would be helpful to know the specific data you need, e.g. appropriations, obligations and/or disbursement of devolved functions of the health sector to LGUs, to know if such information is available with DBM. You may use the reply function on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHQsSB0NvbnRlbnQiEERCTS04ODg4OTYwMzYxNjkM, for request with ticket number #DBM-888896036169, to respond.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 02, 2018 01:08:30 AM, your request will be closed.
We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
Thank you.
Respectfully,

To whom it may concern,
We are asking for the raw files of the SAAOB for each municipality or city for the most recent year available (e.g. 2016) whether these be in Excel, Word, or PDF format. If I may ask for an email to correspond with, I may send you a sample of the files we have from 2013.
Thank you very much!
