Hello, I would like to request for the exact laws, rules, and regulations that affect road use for pedestrians and vehicles alike. Especially the ones that cover right of way, accident liability and accountability. i find it strange that, for example, if someone crosses the median and goes the wrong way, gets others involved in an accident and dies, automatically the other party is charged with reckless impudence even if they were in the right. This sounds like an archaic law that needs to be changed
