Hello, I would like to request information about the acquisition process for the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) or the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in terms of third-party software. Our team has developed a robust Barangay Management System and we are interested in proposing this software to the government agencies responsible for acquiring third-party services. I would greatly appreciate any information or guidance you can provide regarding the necessary steps and requirements for submitting our proposal.
