Good Day, May I inquire if your good office has granted an individual or an organization to conduct aerial work with regards to Remotely Piloted Agricultural Aircraft (RPAS) or 'drone sprayers'? Especially that majority of such RPAS is above 7kg? And may I know the information on the grantee? Also, can any other organization issue a waiver or authorization to conduct spraying operations apart from the CAAP; And what are the procedures to obtain certification and authorization to operate Agricultural Aircraft (RPAS) from the CAAP?
