Your Request You asked for ROTC SERIAL NUMBER. Response to Request According to the PUP NSTP Office, serial numbers of ROTC graduates were given immediately after completion and graduation from ROTC. If you wish to have another copy of the Serial Numbers, you need to go to Camp Aguinaldo. Another alternative is to request a copy of serial numbers at the 1304th CDC, NCRRCG, ARESCOM along Altura Extension, PNR Sta. Mesa Station, Manila. Please take note that you have to bring a request letter and copy of your transcript of records. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Vice President Pascualito B. Gatan at [email protected],ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
