July 3, 2023 Dear Emi Rose, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 27, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You may proceed to or call your ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected].
