HI, I would like to know my ROTC serial number where I finished and graduated s7mmer training at Fort Bonifacio taken up MS 21 and 22 while we are also doing our summer job program of Pres. Cory Aquino (Summer Youth Program). We took this on March to June 1991 (or 1990).
Hope that I will received my ROTC serial number.

Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.
