Hi! I would like to request for my ROTC Serial number because my current school, Quirino State University is requesting for it as a requirement for my graduation, I took my ROTC in Nueva Vizcaya State University last 2005-2006 but our serial number is nowhere to be found. I am afraid I can not graduate this coming August if I cannot provide the school my ROTC Serial number. I have my certificate but there's no serial number indicated that is why they're requesting for it as a proof that I really took the course. I hope you can help me. Thank you so much.
