I Rahnee M. Tamayo, take the ROTC cadet Training Course at Villamor Air Base, Pasay City while I was studying at PATTS College of Aeronautics from year 2004-2005. I would like to request for the reservised serial no. Thank you for accommodating my request.

You may proceed to or call your school/ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected].
