Hi! I would like to request my NSTP (ROTC) Serial Number. I enrolled NSTP way back A/Y 2007-2008 at University of San Agustin Iloilo City and graduated last 2011.I'm currently processing my Bachelors Degree in Marine Transportation which is on hold due to lack of serial no. Which I've tried to ask from the school ROTC office and they can't provide me with my serial number. Thank you for your immediate response
