Good morning! My name is Gene Gabriel D. Talagon, 25 years old, from Purok-1, Brgy. Pasta, San Francisco, Agusan Del Sur. I would like to request for the ROTC Certificate and serial number because it is required for the subject "NSTP-CWTS" so that it will be credited on the subject and for me not needing to take this subject again because I already took this subject at Iligan Institute of Technology(IIT). My ID number in IIT is 2011-0229. I hope for consideration and cooperation in the said concern. Thank you

Thank you for your request dated Oct 26, 2021 11:41:51 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for ROTC Certificate and Serial Number. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar. Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter. Thank you. Respectfully, FOI Officer
