Professional Regulation Commission(PRC)

Resolution No. 02 (s. 2017) or the Rules and Regulations Implementing Section 35 of Republic Act No. 10657 (Chemistry Professional Act) on the Issuance of Certificate of Authority to Operate Chemical Laboratories and Other Related Establishments took effect on April 4, 2017. The Professional Regulatory Board of Chemistry and the Professional Regulation Commission are at present evaluating applications for the issuance of the Certificate to Operate. At present the Commission is still in the process of creating a data base for the roaster of approved applications. thank you.

In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
