Hi, I would like to request for information on whether or not the following streets are subject of a proposed / approved road widening project as my family have properties along the following streets that may be affected by the aforesaid projects: 1) Scout Rallos Street, Brgy. Laging Handa, Quezon City 2) P. Tuazon Boulevard, Quezon City Thank you.

November 15, 2021 Dear Ralbert John Neil Tibayan, I refer to my letter of Nov 12, 2021 04:13:53 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Road Widening Projects in Quezon City. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 07, 2022 01:19:07 AM, your request will be closed. Thank you for your request dated Nov 12, 2021 04:13:53 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Road Widening Projects in Quezon City. Response to Request Please be informed that upon verification with DPWH Quezon City 2nd DEO, we do not have any road widening within the areas asked. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DPWH Acting Secretary Roger Mercado. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
