Good day Ma'am/ Sir, I am an engineer of the Prov. Govt. of Sultan Kudarat. Currently, we are implementing CMGP Projects and preparing for the implementation of the NTF-ELCAC projects. In the DILG Forum dated November 21,2019 at Cebu City, the development of Road project quality manual for LGUs was mentioned as a common reference for LGUs in undertaking quality mgmt. for local roads.
