Good day! I am currently doing a research on resilience index on road networks to be applied to the Philippine roads. One of the factors considered is determination of road condition when subjected to a specific peak ground acceleration (PGA). Thus, it is important to determine what is the limiting PGA value experienced for roads before it experiences damage leading to unusable roads. This research will help Philippine road networks to be more resilient in events of earthquakes with high magnitude. Thank you. Cris Fernandez [email protected]
