I just want to know the truth since until now there is incomplete construction. There is portion of the stretch road that remained unpaved.

October 2, 2019 Dear Michael Jaya, Greetings! This is regarding your Freedom of Information Request to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) of your query about the road construction along Maniki to Capunganga, Kapalong, Davao del Norte. We would like to inform you that your request is not under the jurisdiction of DPWH Regional Office XI. The said project is under the Provincial Road Development Project (PRDP) CY 2018 implemented by the Provincial Local Government Unit (PLGU) of Davao del Norte, the Rehabilitation of Capungagan - Boundary San Miguel FMR, Kapalong, Davao del Norte with a physical target of 10.60 kms under contract with Vicente T. Lao Construction. You may seek further information to the PLGU of Davao del Norte, Brgy. Mankilam, Tagum City, Davao del Norte for clarification on the said project. Thank you.
