June 3, 2021 Dear Patrick John Nierves, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 30, 2021 12:30:31 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Road clearing operations. Response to Request Please note that you request was forwarded to the Bureau of Local Government Supervision. They have yet to provide us with the necessary data you have requested. According to them, as of this time they are focusing more on the Vaccination Programs resulting to delays in other daily office transactions. However, we have contacted our Bureau and requested that they directly coordinate with your regarding this matter. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Sec. Eduardo Año, DILG-NAPOLCOM Center, Quezon Ave., Quezon City.
