May I request for the most updated ESRI shapefiles of the DPWH Roads and Bridges Inventory for Eastern Visayas
(as shown here in the DPWH website: https://dpwh.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=4bc4f2dc3a5644088c57de02108a8fd3)?
I will be performing a network analysis of the roads in relation to critical service facilities for the Municipality of Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
