Rizal Provincial Assessor's Office,
I, James Frank Olaño y Ampil, Attorney-in-Fact for the Heirs of Ampil; would like to request relevant documents and information regarding the status of CAD Lot Nos. 9526, 9527 & 9528 (Brookside Hills Subd., Brgy. San Juan, Cainta), we were informed this is now under the surname of Francisco.
This overlaps our Patent Title under the name of my great-grandfather, the late former First Mayor of Cainta Exequiel Ampil; so we will have the knowledge; and with your advice, on how to settle our taxes via ministerial and legal means.
