May 3, 2023 Dear Kenneth, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 26, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for River Discharge for our study area - Biñan River (along Cavite to Biñan, Laguna). Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Our latest available streamflow data for the BIñan River is for the year 2017. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Atty. Senando A. Santiago, Acting General Manager of LLDA, at LLDA Green Building, National Ecology Center, East Ave., Diliman, Quezon City.
