- status of right-of -way including number of informal settlers and percentage relocated) in each of the following projects of DPWH (Metro Manila Skyway 3, NLEX - SLEX Connector Road , Bonifacio Global City to Ortigas Road Link Project, Sta. Monica , Nlex Harbor link, Segment 10, Cavite - Laguna Expressway and Laguna Lake Highway

Dear BRENDA,
Thank you for your request dated Mar 09, 2018 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for right of way statistics on projects implemented by DPWH.
Based on the data submitted by Director Alex Bote, Public Private Public Partnership Service, please be informed that, to date, the right-of-way acquisition status of Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Project, NLEX-SLEX Connector Road, NLEX Harbor Link, Segment 10 and Cavite-Laguna Expressway is on-going.
Here under is the tabulated estimated number of informal settlers, status of relocation and the FY 2018 approved budget for the right-of-way acquisition of the above-mentioned projects.

1. MMSS3 300 Ongoing discussion with National Housing Authority (NHA) The budget for MMSS3 project is shouldered by the concessionaire.
2. NLEX-SLEX Connector Road 4000 Ongoing discussion with NHA Php 2,935,000,000.00
3. NLEX Harbor Link, Segment 10 3000 100% relocated. Php 1,263,381,000.00 (Lump sum for the Manila North Expressway Project, Segments 8.1,8.2,9 and 10)
4. CALAX None N/A Php 8,006,576,000.00 (Lump sum for DPWH PPP Projects)
Lastly, the Bonifacio Global City to Ortigas Road Link Project and Laguna Lake Highway are implemented by the UPMO-RMC1 and National Capital Region of the DPWH, respectively.
