Hi! Greetings! I would like to request for a copy of DOTr's ROWSA Manual. I am a Project Development Officer of DTI-Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines. I'm conducting a research on ROWA and DOTr's ROWSAM would be a vital reference on this research as right of way acquisition is one of our action plans in Build Build Build roadmap.
