Dear DPWH, In May 2018, DPWH Secretary issued Department Order No. 65 creating the Right of Way Task Force. One of its purpose is to create the Right of Way Acquisition Manual. May I request for any update on the creation of the manual? and if possible I can be furnished with a copy of said Manual. You may send to [email protected]. Thank you. Regards, Tara
