Your request You asked for a copy of the Latest Revised Manual for Prosecutors. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide the information you have requested. The Manual subject of your request contains privileged information, premature disclosure of which would likely or significantly frustrate the implementation of a proposed official action. It is also noteworthy that the said Manual is for the exclusive use of Prosecutors, as agreed upon by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) in coordination with the American Bar Association-Rule of Law. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I.
