Dear Sir/Ma'am: I am Erwin Colcol, a student at UP NCPAG, currently taking up a course which deals on environmental policy and governance. For my final requirement in class, I intend to write a research paper on the massive flooding in Cagayan Region last year. For this, I would like to request for a copy of the revised Magat Dam protocol which the NIA presented during a House panel inquiry following the flooding event. This would help me in my discussion of the issue as well as in the presentation of the analysis and policy recommendation. Thank you very much!
